Theresa Walsh Velendzas is a Life Coach devoted to empowering people to reach their dream destiny through personal wellness. She is passionate about the psychology that guides people to fulfill their highest potential and guides them to align body, mind and heart. Through Transformational Life Coaching that includes movement and individualized sustainable lifestyle changes, Theresa offers a heart-centered path to blossoming from the inside out. Inspiration for this work came from her previous career and lifelong connection with the elderly who shared their wisdom in designing a life well-lived. Theresa has studied Psychology (BS), Health Care Management (MS), and is a Certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer.
